1. Shipping Timeframes

All orders ship free and typically arrive within 9–12 business days from the date your order is processed. -
Order Processing:
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your shipment is on its way.
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, severe weather, or high-demand seasons (e.g., winter and spring).
- 2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to the continental United States only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
- 3. Order Tracking
- As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s tracking page for real-time updates.
- 4. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame:
- Contact our support team at support@s3stores.it.com within 5 business days of delivery or expected delivery.
- Provide your order number and any photos (if applicable).
- We’ll immediately work with the carrier to resolve the issue or replace your item.
- 5. Backordered or Delayed Items
- If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly with the estimated restock date.
You’ll have the option to wait, choose an alternative item, or receive a full refund — your choice.

- 6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before they ship.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed, but you may request a return under our Return Policy.
