Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

Item Condition:
Products must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or order confirmation from S3 Stores, Inc. is required for all returns.

Return Authorization:
All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact our team at support@s3stores.it.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before shipping your item back.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or partially assembled equipment
  • Fuel-powered machines that have been filled with gas or oil
  • Special-order or customized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Packaging: Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • Recommended: Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment until your return is processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the item shows signs of use or damage, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
We’ll arrange for replacement parts, a full replacement, or a return authorization — whichever solution fits best.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different model or product, contact our team — we’ll be happy to help coordinate an exchange and apply any credit toward your new purchase.


How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide your Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
